In Chicago, the saying goes; “If you don’t like the weather, wait two minutes and it will change”. It took a little longer than 2 minutes, but in just a few short days we went from 10 inches of snow shutting down schools & businesses, to 55 degrees and raining. And when that happens you get snowfog.
