As the decade comes to a close I wanted to do a look back on my favorite photojournalism images I’ve taken from the past 10 years. Considering I wasn’t doing as much freelance work in the 2000s (the first 10 years I was out of photography school), I feel like there’s a marked difference between how I shot at the beginning of this current decade to the end. Not to mention I had some improvements in the equipment I was using. Also, I never did a “best of post” back then, so this is kind of my last chance for 2010.

I think it’s really telling as I go along from year to year, how my assignments went from being half feature/half sport (with a few spot news assignments here and there), to pretty much 90% sports by 2019.
