Morris H.S. 2024 (away front)
The school's official colors are maroon & white, but they have typically included gold in their jerseys. Like many teams, gold colors were usually more of a yellow. This gold is probably what's known as old gold or Vegas gold.
Joliet Catholic 1995 (home)
JCA was on its 6th year as a merged school and was still trying to find out how to add baby blue and brown together. It's almost impossible to make that work, you're all lucky this photo is in black & white. The round school seal might have been the worst thing ever but on a football helmet.
Joliet Catholic 1996 (away)
White top and bottoms with brown numbers and a blue outline. JCA on the shoulder & helmet. I'll bet money JCA never does a throwback with this look.
Joliet Catholic 1996 (home)
I can't mention enough how under-whelming the JCA jerseys of the mid-1990s were. The mud on the pants are the best part of this set. The helmet was a weird navy blue and the iconic brown of JC was as dark a brown as you could get and still call it brown. The blue outline on the numbers looks ok.
Joliet Catholic 1999 (helmet)
A unique logo, the Victory Light was an two story structure on top of the school's previous location that was lit up for varsity wins. The halo was add when the school merged with St. Francis Academy who's mascot is the Angels.
Marian Catholic H.S. 1995 (away)
Decent looking uniforms in black, gold, and white. While they have every right to have an MC on their helmet, was very similar to Mt. Carmel's helmet.
East St. Louis H.S. 1996 (sideline jacket)
I though these were a throwback when I saw them in 1996. They looked like they were from the 1960s even when I saw them in person in full color. This black & white photo make it look even more so.
Had Geneseo across the front above the numbers
Good looking white on white kit with side leg stripes that match shoulder & helmet. Helmet logo was a copy of Washington Redskins and players had names on the back side.
